Can I use my own template design?

Yes. Upload a PDF or PNG you designed in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, anything. Our editor lays text fields on top, so the artwork stays untouched in the final certificate.

Do you charge per attendee?

No. Each event tier has a participant cap (50 / 100 / 250), but within that cap you can issue unlimited certificates for the event. You pay once per event, never per download.

How do attendees claim their certificate?

You embed a one-line iframe on your event page. Attendees type their name (or match against a pre-uploaded list), and the personalized PDF renders instantly in the browser.

What languages and fonts are supported?

Latin and Cyrillic out of the box, via Montserrat, PT Sans, Roboto, and Noto Serif. Pro and Premium tiers unlock full font customization per field.

Where is the data stored?

On our own infrastructure in the EU, no third-party cloud storage. Certificate PDFs and uploaded templates stay on our servers, accessible only through signed URLs.

Can I re-issue or correct a certificate?

Yes. Re-run the generation flow with the corrected data and the attendee gets a fresh PDF. The old download log stays intact for audit purposes.
